Marlborough schedules Sept. 8 public hearing on stormwater (MS4) plan required by state

Supervisor Corcoran informed the Board and the public that new state requirements mandate annual public input on the Town’s Stormwater Management Plan and the MS4 Annual Report and asked the board to advertise a public hearing for Sept. 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall. "Both Town documents are on the Town’s website," he said, and Councilman Cauchi moved to advertise the hearing; Councilwoman Sessa seconded the motion and it passed 3–0.
The public hearing will provide residents an opportunity to comment on stormwater controls under the state's MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) requirements. The Board’s action was to advertise the hearing; no substantive changes to the stormwater plan were adopted at the meeting.
