Community Development Director David Pavlick presented the final plat for Noah’s Landing, Second Plat, telling the board the proposal would add 39 additional single‑family lots as phase 2 of a three‑phase development. “This final plat would add 39 additional single family lots in the Noah's Landing subdivision,” Pavlick said, and staff reported required off‑site easements were obtained and other final plat requirements addressed.
Planning and zoning recommended approval by a unanimous 4–0 vote. The board read the ordinance by title and conducted two readings per the municipal process; aldermen voted and the mayor stated the vote was unanimous, after which the ordinance passed. The approval accepts dedication of right‑of‑way and easements described in the staff report and advances infrastructure and housing capacity in the identified subdivision area.
