Roads staff told the board the site-distance checks met county standards and that there is an existing 24-inch culvert in place; the driveway width was described as 24 feet and an 18-inch tube was noted in the approach. A board member moved to approve the permit, another seconded, and the motion carried on a voice vote.
“Everything was sufficient there,” the agency official reported, recommending approval.
