Resident denies development rumors, reports harassment; attorney files letter into minutes

During the public‑comment period, resident Danielle Broza addressed what she called misinformation about her family's property and intentions. She denied allegations of large‑scale development, disruptive events, and lawsuits against the town, and said her family has faced harassment including threats, profanity, trespassing, and tampering with property near her young child.
Broza invited concerned residents to talk directly with her family to promote transparency. Attorney Ken Stenger, speaking for Broza, said he returned from vacation early to assist and asked that a letter he prepared — which names three venues hosting similar events — be entered into the public minutes and made available; he said the underlying legal matter is being handled in court before Judge Bryant. The Supervisor discussed a FOIL request for the letter and the attorney thanked the board for the opportunity to be heard.
