Public Works reported that leaf pickup for the season is complete. Smith moved and Rasmussen seconded adjournment at 7:05 p.m.; the motion carried five ayes. The council scheduled its next regular meeting for Monday, Dec. 16, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.
