Board backs NCDOT R-5909 support resolution and reappoints Gray Garrison to tourism board

"Commissioner Matthews thanked staff for their hard work at the July 4th event," the record states. The Board recorded both actions as unanimous votes with administrative follow-up tasks assigned to transmit the resolution and record the appointment.
