He said operators use license revenue to cover basic costs: "they make off their monthly pretty much pays their electricity bill, their water bill." Mayor Pezze agreed the fee "does not need to be changed."
The trustees did not schedule any ordinance action on license rates. The board's consensus message was to preserve the current fee structure for now while monitoring local businesses' viability and revenues.
