Trustees alarmed by construction debris at village brush pile; alley vacation may change disposal options

Mayor Pezze said a neighboring property has been surveyed and that the alley in question "is going to be vacated at the next meeting," and that the adjacent landowner signaled interest in buying vacated parcels. Trustees cautioned that moving brush to another public site could invite the same dumping problems and suggested a fenced, unlocked area with controlled access as one option for reducing illegal dumping and equipment damage.
