Board ends borough PR shared‑services agreement and updates bank signatories

At its Aug. 25 workshop the Woodland Park Board authorized termination of the Public Relations Officer shared‑services agreement with the Borough of Woodland Park and approved updating PNC signatories for several PNC accounts.
The termination resolution (226‑96) authorizes the board president, superintendent, business administrator and board attorney to take steps necessary to effectuate the termination. The board also approved submission of documentation to PNC Bank to add Aleksander Kondovski, School Business Administrator, as a signatory on student-activity and lunch accounts and to remove Vincent Occhino, Interim School Business Administrator.
Both actions were approved as part of the finance agenda and carried on the board’s roll call vote.
