Kenilworth ZBA approves minutes, sets no May meeting

The Kenilworth Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved the minutes of its March 9, 2026 special meeting and conducted a short agenda on April 13.
Member Katherine Peterson moved to approve the minutes as amended; Member Jenelle Chalmers seconded. A roll-call vote recorded the approval 6-0 (Member Mark Hinkamp absent). Later in the agenda Heather McFarland, assistant to the village manager, told the board that no ZBA meeting is expected for May 2026. The board heard no public comments during the 'Business from the public' portion of the meeting and adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
