The Woodland Park Board of Education voted July 21 to reject all bids submitted on June 27, 2025 for the ECC Classroom Additions project and to rebid with revised scope and specifications.
Bids received ranged from $345,000 (Javier Construction) to $790,000 (GL Group), with intervening bids from Molba Construction ($429,504), WallKill Group ($494,494) and Brahma Construction ($568,000). The board acted under N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22(a) after concluding that the project scope and specifications required substantial revision. The motion to reject and rebid passed on a roll-call vote with seven yes votes.
