Woodland Park BOE approves $850,353.08 in bills, accepts May financial reports

The Woodland Park Board of Education voted unanimously July 21 to accept the Secretary and Treasurer reports for May 2025 and to approve a combined bill list of $850,353.08.
Under resolution 226-25, the board certified compliance with N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.12(c), stating in the financial resolution that “we have no reason to doubt that the district has sufficient funds available to meet its financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.” The approved bill list consists of three detailed runs: Bill List #74 for $572,898.94, Bill List #60 for $241,468.60 and Bill List #L74 for $35,985.54.
Board members moved the consent agenda (motion by Andrew Mingione, seconded by Gina McQuin); roll-call voting recorded seven yes votes. The approvals also included routine transfers for May 2025 and the board’s affirmation of three HIB decisions (2025-55, 2025-56 and 2025-57).
