Board approves library use of Train Station, allows bus company use for safety meetings

Supervisor Corcoran read a letter from the Marlboro Free Library requesting use of the Train Station on Nov. 19, 2025 for a book-club meeting "at no charge." Councilwoman Sessa moved to approve the request; Councilman Zambito seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The board also reviewed a request from Quality Bus Company for use of the Community Center for safety refresher meetings. Although the company is for-profit, the board noted the company is funded through the school district to bus students; the board approved the requested use on condition the company clean up after meetings and authorized the Supervisor to barter for bus services for summer camp in exchange.
