At its Oct. 14 meeting the Town Board adopted a series of motions and resolutions. Highlights: the abstract for payment of bills totaling $372,790.92 was authorized; the tentative 2026 budget was accepted; Matthew Drake was appointed full‑time Code Enforcement Officer (Resolution #82); Molly Erichsen was appointed part‑time police dispatcher (Resolution #84); the Board authorized retention of labor counsel for personnel matters (Resolution #83) and retained special and co‑counsel for ongoing litigation (Resolutions #86 and #87); and the Supervisor was authorized to sign 2026 engagement agreements with Van DeWater & Van DeWater (Resolution #88).
Votes recorded in the minutes show Molinelli absent for roll calls and one recusal by Supervisor Corcoran on Resolution #83 (retention of Thomas, Drohan, Waxman, Petrigrow & Mayle LLP for personnel matters). All other participating members voted in favor of their respective motions.
