Board adopts three resolutions: planning board reappointment, assessor appointment, and BAR reappointment

The Board adopted Resolution #76 reappointing Cindy Lanzetta to the Ulster County Planning Board (and naming Chris Brand alternate), Resolution #77 appointing Mara Rothman as full‑time assessor, and Resolution #78 reappointing Jeff Magliato to the Board of Assessment Review. At its Sept. 8 meeting the Town Board adopted three resolutions by recorded vote.
Resolution #76 reappointed Cindy Lanzetta to the Ulster County Planning Board and appointed Chris Brand as an alternate. Resolution #77 appointed Mara Rothman as full‑time Town Tax Assessor, term Sept. 30, 2025–Sept. 30, 2031. Resolution #78 reappointed Jeff Magliato to the Board of Assessment Review effective Oct. 1, 2025 through Sept. 30, 2030. For each resolution the vote recorded Councilmember Sessa Yes, Councilmember Cauchi Yes, Councilmember Zambito Yes and Supervisor Corcoran Yes; Councilmember Molinelli was recorded absent.
All three resolutions were adopted without recorded dissent or amendment. The resolutions cite statutory authority where applicable and will be filed with the town records as adopted.
