EDC approves FY 2026–27 budget with focus on incentives and land acquisition

A motion to approve the EDC budget was made and seconded and the board approved the resolution by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
The action authorizes staff to proceed with the adopted allocations and to continue coordination with the CDC for downtown acquisition and recruitment efforts.
