Yadkinville approves park design changes, asks for public input and forwards sidewalk modification to NCDOT

On transportation, Koser proposed a three-foot addition to the R-5909 sidewalk along the north side of the street to create a multi-use area for bicycles and joggers; the Board agreed and asked staff to forward the modification to NCDOT. The board also reviewed design concerns for the Chamber property (parking impacts, realignment suggestions) and recommended Walter Smith for the Planning Board/Board of Adjustment.
