Following its return from closed session, the Village of Kincaid board approved several personnel and compensation actions. Mayor Pezze announced the board would raise the clerk Jayme’s hourly rate to $20 and reinstate a $400 monthly payment for handling water billing. Trustees voted unanimously to approve the change.
The board also approved raising Beverly Merano’s pay to $18.50 per hour and authorized advertising for a fourth street-department worker. Motions to approve the raises and to post for the new hire were approved by voice vote with all ayes.
