Kincaid board moves to closed session after village laptops show missing data; water contract status reviewed

Because of concerns about deleted files and potential employee actions, Trustee Nelson moved the board into closed session under 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) to consider personnel matters. The board entered closed session at 6:54 p.m., returned at 8:01 p.m., and subsequently approved a series of personnel and compensation items (see other actions).
