Kincaid trustees adopt new zoning and building‑permit fee schedule

Under the new schedule, a deck or porch permit will cost $10; residential structure permits and residential/commercial operation permits are set at $50; new commercial and industrial permits are set at $100. Trustee Dees moved to adopt the fee schedule; Trustee Paso seconded, and trustees voted all ayes.
Trustees discussed where permits would be processed and confirmed the village hall as the processing point. The change was presented as an administrative effort to standardize fees and recoup processing costs without imposing large charges on residents.
