Commissioner (speaker 6) moved to include the adaptive-reuse changes to article 3.15 in the next round of land-development-regulation amendments and to warn the changes with the package, allowing for minor edits at that time. The motion specifically incorporated a staff-proposed timing change to extend the completion window from 18 months to 24 months. "I move to include the amendment to article 3.15 related to adaptive reuse in the next set of amendments to the land development regulations...and incorporating the slight change of 8 months to or they edit Yeah. To 24 months," speaker 6 said when making the motion.
The motion was seconded by speaker 9 and passed unanimously. Commissioners also approved the December 2 minutes with a minor spelling correction and then formally acknowledged receipt of a capital-budget communication by motion, which passed with six votes in favor and one abstention.
