It is recommended that a reminder be sent for the next event," the minutes record. Members recommended sending reminders to increase reservation follow-through and improve planning accuracy.
The committee also discussed future Bird Town programming and outreach; Cliff (Clifford Jarrett) volunteered to contact Marla Miller to determine whether any winter events or programs should be scheduled and to report back to the group.
