During the May 19 meeting the Royse City ISD Board approved several procurement and agreement items by recorded votes of 4-0 (three trustees absent). The board approved the custodial services proposal (motion by Jessica Ratterree, seconded by Eric Fort); approved an Interlocal agreement with the City of Fate and Rockwall County (motion by Eric Fort, seconded by Bobby Summers); authorized the Superintendent or Chief Financial Officer to execute a facility lease agreement (motion by Jessica Ratterree, seconded by Bobby Summers); approved RFP 24-25-09 for Bank Depository Services (motion by Eric Fort, seconded by Jessica Ratterree); and approved the Hazardous Route Declaration for 2025–2026 (motion by Jessica Ratterree, seconded by Bobby Summers).
All procurement and agreement motions passed by unanimous recorded vote of trustees present (4-0) as shown in the minutes. The facility lease approval specifically authorized district leadership to execute the agreement on the board's behalf.
