The board also unanimously approved the consent agenda, including the draft minutes from May 18, 2026, on a motion by Jim Walshe, seconded by Mike Alltucker.
Director Niall Connolly introduced David Walpert as a new Zoning Administrator for the Town of Springdale. The meeting adjourned at 1:40 PM after unanimous approval of the adjournment motion by Jim Walshe (seconded by Mike Alltucker).
