On MSD - Pembroke, staff reported that work had started on the street toward Watson, with approximately 100 yards of concrete expected to be poured within a couple of days and an estimated five-week completion timeline.
The work session also confirmed a new date for the village recycling event: Saturday, August 15, 2026, with an application being prepared for submittal to the county. Value Plants is preparing to open at the General Grant Shopping Center; the minutes say a tent structure is in place and plant delivery is awaited, and that a business license and special permit have been approved and issued.
