The Board recessed its regular session on March 9, 2026, to hold a Special public hearing on a proposed Special Event and Temporary Use ordinance. Chairman Bornmueller noted the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation for approval. No public comments were received during the hearing and the hearing was closed before the Board reconvened the regular meeting.
The ordinance subsequently moved forward to first and second readings and was adopted later in the meeting as Ordinance No. 26-004 following the board's formal motion and roll-call vote. The minutes record that the draft had been discussed at the March 2 work session and reviewed by Planning and Zoning on March 9.
