The Village of Marlborough Board of Trustees voted unanimously March 9, 2026, to adopt Bill No. 25-004, a text amendment to the Marlborough Code, entering it as Ordinance No. 26-004. Chairman Bornmueller read the ordinance by title twice; Trustee Fulton moved to accept the bill and Trustee Boergadine seconded. The ordinance was presented following a Special public hearing in which the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation for approval was noted and no public comments were received. The Board took the motion, recorded the roll-call, and directed the ordinance be entered as Ordinance No. 26-004. No amendments or recorded dissent were noted.
