Montrose council approves special-meeting agenda, adjourns after 21 minutes

Later in the meeting Councilmember Binder moved to adjourn, seconded by Councilmember Scheff, and roll call again showed unanimous support for Action 26-094; the meeting adjourned at 6:23 p.m. Mayor Susan Painter presided over both actions.
