Commissioners approve Gravel Worlds special event permit and pumpkin patch SDL; organizers pledge FFA fundraising

The board approved the permit by a 4-0 vote.
Commissioners also approved a Special Designated License for Creekside Weddings & Events LLC to hold pumpkin patch events at Roca Berry Farms on specified dates in September and October 2026. Both items were approved as presented; Flowerday was absent for the votes.
