Summary
Several commissioners said the July minutes did not capture detailed feedback on the Price House sketch plan (zoning noncompliance, bulk, neighbor proximity) and requested staff to revise the minutes or allow approval as amended.

At the start of the meeting commissioners raised concerns that the July meeting minutes did not reflect substantive discussion of the Price House sketch plan for a proposed 4-story, 20-unit condominium on Montgomery Avenue. One commissioner said, "the minutes don't really reflect any of the conversation that we had, which was that there were there was considerable amount of items in the proposal that don't meet zoning," and asked staff to revise the minutes to capture those comments.
Another commissioner offered to work with staff to provide the additional input, and participants noted the minutes could be approved as amended at a later meeting if revisions are provided. The commission did not vote to approve the minutes that evening and asked staff to follow up with a revised draft.
