County staff presented multiple land-development items and the court approved acceptance of constructed roads and stormwater improvements and release of associated surety bonds.
For Steelwood Trail Unit 4 (bordering the county line, largely in the City of New Braunfels), staff said the city had provided certification letters and recommended release of construction bond #2,427,252; the court approved the release and accepted the roads into the county road system. Similarly, the court accepted roads and drainage for Mayfair Parcel E8 Unit 2 and Mayfair Parcel E-12 upon staff recommendation that final inspections and certifications were complete (motions carried for both items).
Separately the court approved a final plat (vacate and replat of Lots 5B and 3RBR in Ridgeview Oaks East) to address a septic violation and authorize the county judge to sign.
The actions authorize the county to assume maintenance responsibility for the accepted road units and to release the listed sureties per staff recommendations.
