The Tamworth Planning Board continued the Earth Excavation Permit hearing for Ambrose Bros. after the applicant asked for more time to provide required materials.
Darius, representing Ambrose Bros., told the board the applicant "would like to request a continuation." The board said the application still lacks a completed Groundwater Protection Ordinance submission, the state's Alteration of Terrain (AOT) package and an update on the project surety. Lianne Prentice moved to continue the hearing to the board's August 26 meeting; Matt Dunn seconded and the motion was approved.
The board recorded the continuation so the applicant may submit the town-required groundwater documentation and the AOT materials before the next hearing. No new approvals or waivers were granted at this meeting.
