Staff told council that 100% plans and environmental clearance documents are being completed for submission to the local TxDOT district and that the amendment would be executed upon district acceptance.
Council asked clarifying questions about the amendment language and a revised resolution was distributed in the meeting packet; no members opposed the resolution.
