Jennifer Cash, trustee, was listed as absent. The minutes note that nine individuals spoke during the open-forum public comment period: Miguel Trevino, Jacob Montalvo, Yoltzin Bruce, Erica Bruce, Desiree Bruce, Sienna Bruce, Matt Gonzalez, Gina Benitez and Dannika Benitez.
