The planning commission announced Aug. 6 that the Park at Warminster new community‑center application and a related 26‑unit apartment proposal at 600 Valley Road were withdrawn from the agenda and will be resubmitted after the applicant addresses staff comments.
"By the way, the park at Warminster, new community Center, 26 Apartment, 600 Valley Road, has been withdrawn from the commission this evening," the vice chairman said during the meeting. Staff later explained they expect the applicant to resubmit once requested revisions are completed. The commission did not take action on the withdrawn application and will consider it at a future meeting when it is refiled.
