Parks staff honor Hugh Hesserman for 20 years of service

Hesserman accepted the recognition and thanked the community, saying, "Vacaville is truly a unique community." Commissioners and staff characterized his work as a lasting legacy across park projects, and the commission observed a brief photo opportunity following the presentation. No formal action was required; the recognition was an honorary agenda item.
