At the July 21 meeting the Sinton ISD Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda, which included acceptance of the district's June 2025 statements of operations and several budget amendments to align appropriations and grant allotments.
The board authorized high-value disbursements listed in the consent packet: multiple debt-service payments scheduled for August 15, 2025 (BOK Financial invoices totaling $3,022,686 and an additional BOK Financial invoice itemized at $9,821,475 for other bonds), an AmegyBank invoice of $331,850.20 for lease revenue bonds, and a property insurance renewal from McGriff Insurance Services, Inc. in the amount of $1,218,039.53. The consent motion passed unanimously 7–0.
Board materials show total district investments of approximately $76.6 million for June 2025 and list the district depository as Prosperity Bank with Texpool for TEA funds. The consent packet also included smaller vendor approvals (e.g., a $51,450 vehicle purchase for the Ag department and utility invoices).
