Councilmember Dennis Nordfelt moved to approve the conditional use permit with the stated conditions; the motion was seconded by Councilmember Loren Steck and passed 5‑0. Staff will follow up to ensure the conditions are met before occupancy of the second dwelling unit is allowed.
