At the Sept. 3 public hearing, county staff described a proposal for West Magnolia Forest Subdivision Section 22, Lot 8 (Precinct 4) in which a realtor who bought the parcel would split it into two 1‑acre lots.
Sean King told the court the parcel has public water and existing septic; he also said county environmental staff and development staff had reviewed setbacks and septic placement and that the proposal meets county regulations. Chair asked Commissioner Cox whether he had concerns for his precinct; none were stated on the record. No public protests were recorded during the hearing and the court adjourned the public hearing shortly after.
