Staff recited previously issued fine amounts: $5,400 (May 30–June 17, 2025), $10,200 (June 18–July 22, 2025), and $6,300 (July 23–August 12, 2025). Agent Young explained that plans submitted prior to Sept. 22, 2025, did not include required wall removal and therefore the fines continued.
Commissioners clarified that the correct motion would recognize a final prior fine period of Aug. 13–Sept. 21, 2025 (39 days) at $300 per day, totaling $11,700; the Commission noted the previously authorized fines have not been paid. The agenda item served as clarification only and did not issue any new fines. A motion to continue recognizing fines for that period was moved by Sarah Toste, seconded by Lilian Robinson, and approved unanimously.
