Planning/Community Development Director Nolan Wall reported that the cause of the nuisance at 4497 Oak Leaf Court South had been resolved after staff identified and notified the proper owner. City Attorney Caroline Bell Beckman reviewed council options for formal abatement.
The council voted to continue the public hearing until August 18 to permit confirmation of the resolution or further action if needed. The motion to continue passed unanimously (5-0).
