Board approves Order of Election, joint agreement with Lytle and names county elections liaison

The Southwest ISD Board of Trustees approved multiple election-related items on Jan. 24, 2025. Mr. Daniel Carrillo moved to approve the Order of Election for Southwest ISD trustees and to enter a joint election agreement with the city of Lytle; both motions were seconded and passed with all trustees present voting in favor.
The board also appointed Scott Stephens, the district's chief financial officer, to serve as the district liaison with the Bexar County Elections Department. Mr. Jose Diaz moved the appointment and Mr. Carrillo seconded; the minutes record that all members present voted in favor and the motions carried.
