Curtis also noted site improvements for a parcel used for cellular towers were removed from the assessor's value and will be billed to the cell-tower company (parcel 00-0007-8216: old value $153,316.00; new value $58,621.00). Commissioners voted to approve the BOE adjustments as presented.
