Alderman Brian Grantham moved to adopt the ordinance; the vote was recorded with Aldermen John Banks, Brian Grantham, Mason Herrin, Kyle Martin and Brent Sistrunk voting Aye.
The action completed the public hearing process with no speakers appearing in favor or opposition. The minutes indicate the board considered the zoning administrator's written recommendation "when considered with any other matters as may have been heard at the public hearing" and made that recommendation part of the record and the ordinance.
