Brock Harrison with Jones & DeMille Engineering told the commission that the county is coordinating work with another partner and recommended delaying the award to allow that partner to review the bid. “Brock Harrison with Jones & DeMille Engineering said the County is partnering with another entity on the project, and he recommends tabling the award for a week to discuss the bid with that entity.” The commission accepted the recommendation and agreed to revisit the award at a subsequent meeting, allowing Jones & DeMille and the partner agency time to evaluate the proposal and any additive alternates.
