District thanks donors, renews community eligibility for free meals, and plans backpack distribution

"Costco reached out and they donated backpacks to pretty much every student in our district... and they gave us two gift cards," she said, and added that the district will publish distribution dates "by tomorrow or the next day" and that distributions will be handled without questions. The board expressed appreciation and said it will prepare thank-you letters to donors.
