The board packet included updated rules for the Geiger Arena and the sledding hill, which Alex Roalsvig presented to the Town Board on Dec. 17. Councilman Nathan S. Hosley commented that it was nice to see the Geiger open early this season. Councilman Thomas L. Donnelly noted seasonal decorations and wished residents a happy and healthy Christmas.
During public comment, Walt Nelson said, "Long Lake is very fortunate to have a library we have." Todd Clough asked whether plans would be available for public review for the Raquette Lake Highway Garage. Supervisor Clay J. Arsenault allowed Mr. Clough to look at the plans that the board had included in their packets.
