Motions by Councilman Nathan S. Hosley, seconded by Councilman Mark A. Bird, to accept the Public Hearing Meeting Minutes for Local Law #1 of 2025, Local Law #2 of 2025, the 2026 Proposed Budget public hearing minutes, and the Regular Meeting Minutes for Oct. 29, 2025 were recorded as adopted with the minutes listing Mark A. Bird, Thomas L. Donnelly and Nathan S. Hosley as voting Aye. The minutes also record that "No one from the public wished to comment." The board adjourned on a motion by Hosley, seconded by Bird, at 7:14 PM.
Deputy Supervisor Clark J. Seaman presided in the absence of Supervisor Clay Arsenault and did not cast votes as noted in the minutes.
