Trustees reviewed the status of a lead service-line inventory grant during the June 15 meeting.
Minutes state the village “has spent no money and Andy wants to know what we are planning. There will be extra funds and we already have $30k.” Hanfland said he will talk with DPW Mark Blickensderfer about fully replacing lines listed as unknown in the inventory.
No replacement contracts or a specific schedule were approved at the meeting; board members directed staff and the consultant to return with a plan for using available and expected grant funds.
