Board approves April minutes and corrected summary of accounts
Summary
The Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board unanimously approved the April meeting minutes and accepted a corrected summary of accounts that reduced an Explore H.V. advertising line to $600.
At the start of the meeting the board voted to accept the April minutes. S. Soons moved to accept the April minutes as presented; P. Ruszkiewicz seconded and the motion was unanimously approved.
Later the board approved a corrected summary of accounts after S. Soons noted an Explore H.V. advertising charge had been counted twice. The correct amount for that line is $600; J. MacLeod will update the accounting records. P. Ewanciw moved to accept the summary of accounts with the correction; P. Wiley seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
